HobeeMatch Safety Standard Policy

This policy outlines HobeeMatch’s commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) within our mobile application. Our goal is to ensure that all interactions on HobeeMatch are safe, respectful, and compliant with legal and ethical standards, particularly regarding the safety of minors.

This policy applies to:

• All users of the HobeeMatch mobile app.

• All user-generated content and interactions.

• All staff, including developers, moderators, and support personnel.
   

HobeeMatch enforces a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation, or any sexually suggestive behavior involving minors.
Violations will result in:

• Immediate removal of content.
   
• Permanent account termination.
   
• Reporting to law enforcement, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and other relevant agencies.
   

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual, audio, or text-based content that depicts or implies sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
   
• Grooming: Intentional acts designed to establish trust with a minor to exploit them sexually.
   
• Minor: Any person under the age of 18.
   

HobeeMatch includes user profile creation, chat messaging, and activity-based matching. To mitigate risks:

• All media uploads are scanned using hash-matching and AI moderation tools.
   
• Profile images and bios are manually reviewed for compliance.
   
• Conversations are monitored for patterns associated with grooming, using automated flagging systems.
   

• HobeeMatch is intended only for users aged 18 and over.
   
• No registration is permitted for anyone under 18.
   
• Age verification mechanisms are in place and continuously improved.
   
• Any user suspected of falsifying age will be banned and investigated.
   

• Users can report profiles, messages, or media directly in the app.
   
• Reports involving CSAE are reviewed within 24 hours.
   
• Verified threats are escalated immediately to law enforcement and child safety organizations.
   

• All HobeeMatch moderators receive mandatory training in CSAE identification, evidence handling, and response protocols.
   
• Content flagged as potentially exploitative is handled discreetly, respectfully, and in accordance with global legal standards.
   

HobeeMatch works with global safety networks, including:

• INHOPE
   
• NCMEC
   
• Google Play’s Safety Team
   
• Thorn and similar organizations focused on detecting and removing CSAM.
   

• Relevant metadata and evidence of CSAE-related incidents are securely stored and made available to authorized authorities.
   
• HobeeMatch complies with international laws including COPPA, GDPR (Child-specific), and the U.S. PROTECT Act.
   

All users must follow the HobeeMatch Community Guidelines, which strictly forbid:

• Sexual communication with or about minors.
   
• Sharing suggestive content involving underage individuals.
   
• Attempting to solicit inappropriate content or behavior.
   

Violators are permanently banned and, where appropriate, reported to authorities.

This Safety Standard Policy is reviewed bi-annually. Updates are publicly posted and integrated into onboarding, support documentation, and our Terms of Service.
